1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Turf Booking website, mobile application, or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this platform.

2. Booking & Cancellation Policy

When you make a reservation for a sports venue through Turf Booking:

• Slot availability is real-time and subject to instant confirmation upon payment or venue policy.
• Cancellations and rescheduling must be performed at least 24 hours prior to the reserved slot time to be eligible for a refund or slot transfer.
• No-shows or late cancellations within 24 hours of the slot start time are non-refundable.

3. User Conduct & Venue Rules

All players and guests must respect the safety and property of sports venues. You agree not to engage in dangerous behavior, property damage, or unlawful acts while present at any partner turf venue. Venue managers reserve the right to deny entry for misconduct.

4. Vendor Responsibilities

Partners and venue owners listed on Turf Booking are responsible for maintaining accurate availability schedules, high safety standards, clean grounds, and providing accurate facility descriptions.

5. Limitation of Liability

Turf Booking provides an online booking marketplace. We are not liable for physical injuries, lost belongings, or accidents occurring on venue premises. Players participate in sports activities at their own risk.
